PUNGNYEON
OUR STORY

We stayed — not by competing, but by caring

CHAPTER · 01

Same corner since 1995

Instead of a flashy interior, we chose three decades of time — a neighborhood institution kept alive by a single charcoal fire in Yeonnam.

CHAPTER · 02

The owners’ hands and heart

Owner Kim Oh-mok and his wife greet every guest like a neighbor. Stay as long as you like — this is a table that runs on Korean jeong (warmth).

CHAPTER · 03

Everyone welcome, no language needed

Travelers are at home here. Simple guidance and a warm room welcome guests from all over the world. Whether you know this dish as samgyeopsal (삼겹살), サムギョプサル in Japanese, or 烤肉 in Chinese, it’s the same real Korean BBQ we’ve served since 1995.
